Here is my timeline under SW Category:

Application Sent to Buffalo: Feb 16, AOR Received: May 23; File transferred to New York: Oct 24;Interview Waived and Medicals requested: Nov 3; Medicals Reached Ottawa: Nov 21.

Anybody with similar timelines? When can I expect the PR?

How do you know when the medical reach Ottawa? Did you get a letter from the government? OR did the doctor notify you?

Once the medicals are received by Ontaro, how long does it take to send to CIC local consulate?
