PR thing !

hello everybody

I,ve read most of the cases in here but since everyone's situation is unique i better put in my situation.

I do have a question regarding my "PR Card" situation and i want your
professional help.

I am a permanent Resident of Canada since July 2008.

I have entered Canada on the 7th of July 2008. Stayed in till the 26th of
Aug. 2008.

Left back since then and never been able to come back due to medical operations to my son and As Egypt is my home land; with all what happened
in my country in the past two years i had to in to look after my
family.
my questions:
What will happen at the airport?

Will i get to enter Canada and apply for renewing my PR card wich expires on
the 25th of July 2013, giving the fact that i have not completed the 730 days in Canada ?

how the process works in such situation?

and if i was allowed to apply for the renewal, can i get out and come back while the PR renewal process in on?

How long it takes to renew the Card?

Please advice on the current situation. details as much as you can!

Well my whole case is on the forum you can double check. If,they let you in at the airport whicj I must say you should consider coming to canada as soon as possible don't leave till last min. So if you let in canada. You have to be physically present here till 730 days. After that,you will be eligible for pr renewal which can take 90 days or so depending on timeline at time but if you apply for,renewal be issued with residency questionnaire which can end up in appeal and may be revoking you pr.
