PR Status related! please replay urgent.

Hello everyone,

Me and my wife is convention refugee and applied for PR on June 2019, (both of us living in Ontario) today i received email from IRCC that they started our application but when i went to check the status, in online its only showing my name as applicant and it does not provide my wife name as she is my depended, is it normal when you apply together as a family.
My second question is that to apply PR does we need one generic application form? or both of us have to submit 2 generic form? our lawyer said one and we submitted one generic form which already have my wife information on it. many thanks

You will get your PR
Then your dependent (wife) will get it because she's your wife..

You only need to submit one generic form for the both of you.

you’ll be able to see your dependents if you create a CIC online account and successfully link your application to it.
