I have been sponsored by my spouse in 2011 for a marriage started in 2008. Got my PR in early 2012 (before Oct 2012) and now have been in Canada ever since.
My spouse is trying to prove to immigration Canada that our marriage was a fraud so I come to Canada since we are going through a divorce based on adultery.

I need to know if my spouse can do so ?

Who's adultery? Yours or his?

I doubt seriously that he'll be able to prove to CIC that you married him only to come to Canada unless of course you did.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Divorces happen daily. You aren't under Condition 51 so the odds are really in your favor that you'll continue to keep your PR with no issues.

my adultery,
but it's not proven. My spouse is trying to prove adultery based on some text messages.
Of course that was not the purpose of marriage, we were married for four years before we filed for divorce.
We were not planning to move to Canada until three years after our marriage.

It is very very difficult for your spouse to prove to CIC that it was marriage fraud since you were married 4 years together. It would have been more convincing if this happened shortly after the marriage within months. So you got nothing to worry about. CIC is not going to kick you out or revoke PR on account of your spouse's allegation.
