PR Sponsorship process for Child with TRV

Hello Friends,
We have recently moved to Canada on PR visa. Both myself and my husband have PR since 2019. Our child who was born in India has also moved with us and he is on TRV.
We are now starting his sponsorship process. Child already has a UCI number from his TRV application.
Please let us know if in sponsorship application we should leave UCI field blank or we should use existing UCI. We are confused.

Please suggest. Thanks in advance .
