My husband and I received our PR status in July 2015. He was the principal applicant in CEC and I was included as depended, not sponsored (!!). Our children now 23 and 19 years old were included in that PR as well. It says on our PR cards as class: CE1/CE1

My husband now wants to file for divorce. I am aware of all other legal proceedings, however the most worrisome for me is, if my children or I would get our PR revoked. Again, I was included as depended, we are in Canada since 2006, first on his work permit.. I later got an open work permit and have been working ever since full time.

Can my and my children's PR be revoked due to my husband filing for divorce?

No. It's as simple as that.

No. You are all permanent residents now, equal status. One less thing to worry about. Best of luck -
