which is better applying the pr renewal on paper or online ? how can i apply online ? how long it is taking for the card to arrive ?

Answer to the question whether to apply paper or online, based on the comments from citizenship applicants, looks like IRCC is still more comfortable with paper. But again that was for citizenship applications, I am not sure about PR renewal. Looks like it takes around 100 days. But for recent trends follow/read these links:
