We applied for pr renewal this January and our file got rejected in March (2 months after) as the form on which we filled were outdated.So ircc returned us our file. We then filed again with official forms in March and they received it 1 week later. But since then we don't have any update. We didn't receive anything in our email which says that they have received it.Nothing has come into my mail also since. It's been more than 3 months that we applied since our 2nd attempt to apply pr renewal. We don't have any update. We call ircc early morning and late evening also since 1 month but they never pick up the phone. What we can do? Any help
