PR renewal.

Hi,

My PR card is going to be expired. I am sponsored by my spouse. I do not meet the 730 days obligation requirement. However I am now working in Canada. The problem is that my spouse has changed his marital status to Separated. Can I still renew my PR card? I

If not, can I still stay and work in Canada?

Does anyone has any advice?

You don't have to worry that your PR card is going to expire. Just let it expire and stay in Canada. You are still a PR and you can still stay and work. Do not leave.

When you have enough days in Canada (at least 730 days in the past 5 years), you can apply to renew your PR card again. Being separated will not matter.
