Hello Experts,
I landed in Canada on Nov 01 2007 (stayed 1 week) and then returned to USA in H1B visa. i then completely moved back to Canada on Aug 20 2010 and ever since i have been living in Canada.
Between nov 02 2007 and Aug 20 2010, i visited 8 times and spent 32 days in total (holidays and weekends).
I will be renewing my PR on URGENT processing and i have below questions
1. Should i include these 32 days while i try to renew my PR card -- If yes, should i enter all 8 entry exit details in Personal ADDRESS HISTORY in IMM544E application. OR should i just metion USA address for 2.5 years (up to Aug 20 2010) and put my Canada address from Aug 20 2010 -- i already have 730 days without counting this 32 days but some posts say CIC may reject if you do not declare proper entry & exit dates...
2. Out of these 32 days, CBSA captured (i recieved CBSA report) only 3 entries because i crossed border by car and somehow it is not on CBSA records and no stamp in my passport. SHALL I ATTACH CBSA report along with my application?
3. I was having an incorporation on my name (still running - started 2008) when i was in USA -- should i declare it?
4. For PR renewal, how should one calculate entry and exit date.. For example i left Canada on Oct 14 2011, to USA, and i have USA stamp says OCT 14 2010. I returned back to Canada on Oct 16 2011, with canada stamp says Oct 16 2011. so I left canada for only 1 day or 2 or 3 -- I heard, only when you calculate citizenship, you need to exclude the day you leave... please explain
5. My above situation, will it prevent Urgent processing? i have school transcripts, medical records, car renewal, T4 papers etc which i am planning to send along with my application -- is it okay to add more details, because in checklist they needed limited proofs?
thanks in advance
