PR Renewal Questions

Hi,
I am due for my PR renewal in March 2020.My PR issue date is April 2015. I moved to canada on Mar 2018 and my son moved in Jun 2018. My son is 2001 born. He has a PR as well.
I have the following questions. Appreciate if someone here can help with some responses based on experience and expertise.

1. My son is currently 18 years old. I complete the 2 years criteria in March 2020 and my son completes in June 2020. Regards my Son's PR Renewal, can i submit his paperwork along with mine in Mar 2020 or would it have to be Jun 2020 when he completes the residency obligation.
2. what date will be taken as my application date: the date i pay the fees online or the date my application paperwork is received by CIC.
3. My PR issue date is 8th April 2015, I moved permanently on 6th Mar 2018. Since i complete the 2 years by 6th Mar 2020, can i send across my paperwork couple of days prior to 6th March 2020, or should i wait few more weeks before i send over my paperwork. What outcomes to expect if CIC receives my paperwork prior to 6th mar or on date.

1. Your son needs to apply separately once he meets the residency requirement.
2. The date you sign the application.
3. No - you cannot. Do not sign and mail the application until you meet the 2 year requirement. You can expect the application to be returned / refused if you apply too early.
