PR RENEWAL QUESTION

I have a question. So, when they ask me to list my address history, travel history, etc.. Should I list it all from 2004 (The year i became PR) Or only from 5 years ago? Its cause I left Canada and I've lived in dubai so I'm confused as to when do I start from. Also I'm renewing my PR and I got a PRTD so I just wanna know what year to input.

On which basis you got PRTD.. Did you apply for PR card renewal??
