Hello,

1) Is it necessary to fill the form on computer and print it out, or I can printout a blank form and fill it with pen?

2) Do I need to send a copy of my PR card with the application? I don't see it in the document checklist, wondering if it is needed?

I do not know this form specifically but better to fill out and print. Many forms encode the information entered in bar codes so it can be read by computer easily.

Even if it does not have the bar codes, ircc uses scanning technology extensively and hand filled docs scan with far more mistakes. So it is not in your interest to submit a hand filled form as might cause delays or misunderstandings.

Hmm, problem with this form is you can't save data on it. So I need to have printer ready in this case where I fill the form online.
Anybody else who has sent the application, can tell how they did it, please???
