Last week CIC-London office send the letter with IMM 5511B form for PR renewal of Myself, spouse and my 7 years old son. We were not meet the residence Obligations at the time of application for PR renewal. Right now we are not in Canada due to some family medical issues. We are in India since September'2012.
Unfortunately my relative send back the letter and form to CIC-London office. He informed me that some time in March' 13 they telephoned and inquired about us.
My questions are as follows;
1). Can I submit the IMM 5511 B form? Which CIC office should I send my form? I download the IMM 5511 B form from net.
2). Otherwise, shall I go for H & C ground?
3). I have USA visitor visa. Shall I enter through USA?
