You'll be eligible - but it's not possible to say if you will be selected. A 2 year diploma in Canada doesn't guarantee PR.

You will receive a 3 years open work permit if you study for 2 years diploma. You can then start working and get eligible for PR under Canadian Experience Class

2 years and you will get 3 years of work permit. If you work for 12 months in the field of your education then you can apply for PR afterwards
