Hi all, Somebody in the same situation?
-PR submitted April 17, 2019
-BOWP submitted April 19, 2019 (Processing time takes 91 days from here)
-PGWP expired April 25, 2019
-PR cancelled Incomplete on May 25

I am on implied status until a decision on BOWP, I’m expecting an ITA next draw (CRS 500). Could I upload the second AOR to my BOWP which is still processing and get approved even having the 1st application rejection?

Thank you in advance!

You can certainly try. There's some chance your BOWP may be refused sooner (i.e. before the 91 processing time is reached). If that happens, you'll be out of status in Canada and will need to apply for restoration if you want to remain in Canada (you'll also need to stop working immediately).

Can you please share how you go about applying for BOWP

Hello Carlos. What is your current status? Did you solve your issue?

I am exactly in the same situation.
