PR refusal and inadmissibility as a tourist

Hello all,

Has anyone had such a case or heard of such a case and how it was resolved?

Suppose your PR application (under Express Entry) got refused. But you have a valid tourist visa to Canada. Would that PR refusal make you inadmissible to Canada even as a tourist? Or would that refusal complicate entry to Canada as a tourist? Is there a time period where you should not attempt to travel as a tourist to Canada?

No - the refusal will not make you inadmissible (unless you ended up with a misrepresentation ban as a result of the refused PR application).
