PR received, while in India

Hi All,

I need urgent suggestions.
I applied for my PR back in April and I got my eCOPR today while I am in India.
My return flight is scheduled to be on 24th.
I have a US visa as well.

I need to enter Canada again.
Can anyone tell me my options?
As per my knowledge PRTD takes 2-6 weeks minimum. Can this be prioritized somehow?

Crossing the border via USA is another option that I have heard. Is this a feasible and guaranteed option to enter Canada?
