I am a canadian citizen currently working in USA on a Tn visa. My wife was recently approved For Canadian PR. She is offered a COPR (Confirmation of Permanent Residency) and need to enter in Canada by 23rd July. I am currently not in a position to move to Canada which is a condition of her PR. I wanted to find out if there is any option other than withdrawing the application for sponsorship. Can I not temporary move (for 2 weeks for example) and later return to continue working in USA. Is it going to affect my wife's PR status.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
