I have applied my PR application on August 4,2019 but I am not getting any update till now.

how long it will take to process?

And also my ilets is expiring in January 2020. does it make any difference????

it can take anywhere from 2 months til 2 years. but no it ielts should be valid when you submit the app. the only thing you might retake if your app takes too long is the medical
