PR processing time on 2nd time photo request.

Hi There,
Need a help. My husband and I are living in Canada since 3 yrs and applied for PR. He is the main applicant for PR and I am on dependant. We both got our COPR and landed in Canada on January 2018. He received his PR Card recently and I didn’t. And next day we got email that my photo specification are not matches to the standard. However we both have taken photos from the same studio on same day.

Any reason for the photo rejection ? And how long time doesn’t it take to get the PR card?

I'm on the same boat as you, landed on Jan 7th and got a new photographs request on Feb 21st, I sent a new set of pictures on the same day, and so far I haven't heard anything back. I tried calling them last wednesday to see if they had received my pictures, but they told me that they were still processing pictures received on Feb 16th.
