Hi everyone,
I recently submitted my federal PR application through the online portal under a non-Express Entry (Base) PNP stream. I realized after submitting that I made a technical error with my photo.
Instead of uploading a professional digital file or a proper scan, I took a picture of a physical paper photograph with my phone and uploaded that. The London Drugs stamp from the back of the print is actually visible in the image. IRCC instructions explicitly state: "not a picture of a paper photo taken with your digital camera or phone."
My questions are:

My questions are:
- Is this likely to cause an immediate R10 rejection (returning the application as incomplete), or will they simply ask for a new photo later in the process?
- Should I proactively submit the correct professional digital photo via the IRCC Webform now, even though I haven't received my AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt) yet?
- If I use the webform, does anyone know if this successfully "replaces" the bad photo before an officer sees the file?
