PR portal dependent details missing

Hi,
We received PR portal login detaila. After logging into account found that one of the dependents link is missing. That means out of 4 applicants only 3 applicants details we had received link.

Has anyone come across similar situation. And what could cause this, had sent details of all 4 applicants. Have raised webforms for the same

Hi, could you please tell me how you resolved this issue? I have the exact same issue of one of my child is missing from the PR portal.
