What exactly did you put on the back of your photos?

Walgreens didn't have a stamp or anything so I have to handwrite the information.

Do I just put the PA's name, DOB and then 'Walgreens' with the store number?

As per CIC website...


The back of one photo must include:

• the subject’s name and date of birth
• the name and complete address of the photography studio
• the date the photograph was taken

The photographer may use a stamp or handwrite this information. Stick-on labels are unacceptable.


I had mine done at costco and they had a stamp with THEIR name/address etc but i had to handwrite MY info on the back (name, DOB).

You can write the info on, just make sure its accurate.
