PR Ontario landing moving to quebec

Hi..
I'm thinking about landing in Ontario through express entry, and then moving to Quebec in the first month as to be considered "resident of Quebec"...
I'm wondering if it may cause problem when registering with health Quebec RAMQ, as I won't have a CSQ..

I have a similar situation to you and was wondering if you could share your experience about obtaining a RAMQ card.

I would really appreciate any kind of insight. As I am currently stuck in montreal until the end of the year after which I am planning to move to Ontario
