PR on PGWP

Hi, I am a PGWP holder and I got 3 years of Visa. I am in ontario and I am working in NOC C job. I am still trying to find a NOC B job. Now I have 2 years only on my work permit. I am planning to move out to Nova Scotia. Is that a good choice? I dont have any friends there but I came to know after one year of experience, I coud get a PNP. If I stay in Ontario, is it possible for me to get PR within this 2 years. I dont have any experience from my country. Can anybody help me on this please.

Occupation in demand or federal skilled worker. It depends on the job I get.
