As long as he submitted everything and had the medical, you don't have to do anything. If the visa is issued and he doesn't use it, then it is his problem. It has no effect on you.

Just withdraw his sponsorship, probably means your PR application will get through quicker.

It will mean though, that you will never be able to sponsor him in the future. If he changes his mind again and wants to come to Canada it will not be through you.

@PMM= lets say he refuse to use the visa, will the immigration issue my PR after his visa expires? thank u..

@angelbrat= yah i understand the consequences.. my only concern now is my application coz he doesnt really care.. oh well....
so to drop him from the sponsorship, should i contacted CIC ? thnx!!

My advice is to let everything process and when it is complete you land without him. This is my advice, because he might want to change his mind again, but if he does not change his mind again, then you can say you tried to help him.

@gievan-how come he does not want to come to canada? what happened? may be i can relate to that. when did you submit your documents?

Your PR is going to be issued ahead of him anyway. If he does not want to come here then that's his choice; let him.

If he has had the medical exam and submitted all documents needed, then ur application won't be affected. Your application will still be processed and the decision will be made for both of you together, since this is one application, only one decision will be made.

He can choose not to come even he got the PR application approved. The only problem for you is how the two of you deal with the problem of reunion. You don't have to worry about your PR in Canada though.

i agree with you guys ! think of yourself you are good to go !

thank you guys sooo much.. i really appreciate it!!! take care you all!!
