Hi Everyone,

I did my landing alongwith my family in 2009, due to some reasons, have been out of Canada with the family for most of the time, I did enter Canada a couple of times during this period and have stayed over all for about 2 months, the last time I entered Canada in july 2011, I was questioned at the Immigration as to when I left Canada, NOW before I complete 3 out of the 5 years, I have decided to enter Canada with my family and stay permanently. My question is can Immigration canada cause problems to me or deny me entry, I have still 2 more years left of My PR and will spend them in Canada, also can I bring some of my unaccompanied stuff which I had declared at the time of landing.
appreciate any inputs

Steve

Please have a look at the following thread

Ok; you can be out of Canada; However you should be physically be present in Canada for 730 days out of 1825 days if you want to renew your PR.

Long stay out of the country will be question. I have a doubt for the definition of long stay; may be 6 months.

However certain reasons are accepted such as studies or working for a Canadian company abroad.
