Does applying a permanent residency not allowed already when you gain the 24 months in Quebec? Is it true? Just worried. Please help. Thank you.

Your question is confusing and unclear. Simply living in Canada for two years doesn't mean you qualify for PR.

My new work permit is still on process. My first employer was in toronto and released me, and i decided to transfer here in quebec since my sister and other relatives are here. I found a new employer here and my new work permit under in- home caregiver program is still on process. Some are telling me that when you gain your 24 months in quebec is that you are not legible to apply for PR because Quebec has different law compared to other provinces. That is why i am very worried about it. Hope you can give me hope.

But can i still apply for PR someday? Even im in the province of Qubec? Thank you, and sorry for keep on asking, im just so worried.
