PR Landing in Canada from USA

Hello,

What is the process for scheduling PR landing appointment? Does IRCC give us an option to select the date and time as per our availability?

I am currently working in USA on H1B work permit and need to get the extension stamped on on my passport as well. In that case, can I combine my pr landing trip with h1b extension stamping trip?

You can land anytime if you are entering Canada at a POE.
