My wife and I are looking to move to Toronto in the coming months. I have just received an offer from my firm for a transfer. My wife also plans to work in Toronto and has just had an invitation to apply for Permanent Residence under the Federal Skills Workers (FSW). If she can provide the required supporting documentation to justify her score, does that guarantee her entry an or is it worth following up on the provincial nominee invitation/spousal work permit as well to improve her chances? Also, what are the next steps on the PR application?

There is no such thing as a "guarantee entry", her documents will be assessed and if she meets the eligibility criteria then she will receive PR.

You can apply for EE and paper-based provincial applications if you want to at the same time.

Complete the forms and upload the required documents.

Undertaking PNP does not do anything to further guarantee the success of your PR application. If your wife already has an ITA, then apply for PR and don't waste your time thinking about PNP.
