I have completed my post graduation from Seneca College,Toronto in Supply Chain Management- Global Logistics (1 Year program) and due to some medical emergencies I had to come back to India so I couldn't apply for work permit within its 90 day window. So, I hired a lawyer for Post Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) and still got rejected. Right now I am in India and want to move back to Canada.
I also have Mechanical Engineering degree credential equivalency done by WES,Toronto.
I want to move to Saskatchewan because I found that process of PR in Saskatchewan is easier than Ontario.
Because it needs lower IELTS score unlike in Ontario i.e. 8,7,7,7(that I am unable to achieve yet).
I have 2 years 8 month of work experience in India.
Since I don't have work permit or any job offer letter from any employer nor I studied in Saskatchewan, Can I still file for PR in Saskatchewan or what are the requirements? Kindly suggest me. I want to move back to Canada asap.
Or advice me something...
