PR in Ontario

After surge in crc score. Is there any possibilities for +2 students to get PR in Ontario or we need to move to other province?

The score will probably go back down toward 470 as the backlog of FSW applicants clears. Your CRS score doesn't depend on your province unless you're trying to get a provincial nomination, in which case your main problem is that the Ontario international student PNP stream is closed, and when it reopens it will likely close on the same day due to overwhelming demand.

But my concern is that do they will open this stream again or not.

Nobody knows. Probably at some point.

Okay, as I did three diploma back in India and after calculating my points. I'm only getting 430. Which is not enough to apply for PR in Ontario. Is there any other way to get PR here or I have to move some other province?
