i assume he had a LMIA since ITA received was on ITA received : Jan 31,2015 and it should be FSW(guess).

actually we submitted and received the ITA the same time.
we're both working in canada and luckily got approved with a new LMIA.

here is my timeline
ITA received : Jan 31, 2015
Meds done : Feb 5, 2015
Request for add'l docs : March 16,2015 ; submitted March 23
Passport request : March 31, 2015
now waiting for COPR
