PR for spouse in that stays in US

Good day all, My wife want to process her PR and she want to include me(husband)though, I'm currently in US on Visiting visa. My question is: while, the PR is under process in Canada, can I go to Canada from US. If yes! 1-what are the implications on my wife's PR, 2- do is still need to do hearing protection even though, my wife did her hearing. Please I need professional advice as usual on this platform as I really need to join my wife in Canada asap.

You need to provide full details. How has your wife applied for PR? Is it as a refugee? If so - you should post your question to the refugee / asylum section of this forum.
