PR first time entry via greyhound from USA

Is it advisable to take a greyhound from Buffalo, Ny to toronto, ON. I am on F1 in usa and was thinking of taking the bus. My issue is the border entry process. As I am entering for the first time the process will take longer for me compared to other US passengers. Has anyone used greyhound or is it better to drive there?

The bus is likely to leave without you. Some buses won’t take you if you don’t have a visa or PR card for fear that you’ll get stuck at the border and you may delay the bus.

Yes, You cant do the landing by bus... They wont accpet people for just landing purpose at it might take a lot of time and they wont take that risk of waiting for so long

But you can take a regular bus to Niagara Falls and walk across the bridge to the border. Amazing scenery!

Yes, and subsequent transit onwards (to wherever) is reasonably accessible from the Niagara Falls footbridge.
