Pr file number

After pnp i apply for Pr and they received my envelope by 24 November 2016..Until now i didn't receive any email for the file number.Should i have to worrie about that?

I applied paper based (AINP) on 19th Dec, 2016 and received file number on Feb 09,2017, i would say call them and see. Good Luck Bro.
