I am looking forward to get an assistance if someone have/had already in my boat. I applied online for PR (Express entry) in April-2021 which included my family and I (1+spouse+2 kids). I am residing in Canada where as my Family is back in India. The application submitted during PR process also had similar information.
My PR approval (COPR) email was received in Feb-2022 .After two days, I received my Portal request. I was called by IRCC to upload the documents. Later I got my PR card in 2 weeks.
I was thinking that it would cover my family as well , but this was not the case. I checked with one of my friend who had similar case (1+3). The only difference he had, was having his family along with him in Canada. he received portal request for each and every person covered in the PR application. he did uploaded document for all to get the PR cards.
I waited for sometime and then started sending webForm queries to IRCC. Its been more than 8 months now, I haven't received any communication back from IRCC regarding dependents (family). every time I received a computer generated answer as below.
My PR Application status is still "Submitted" (Not Closed) and unable to generate a CAR. Please help.
