PR Expired, wish to go back to Canada...

My PR expired in November 2015, during my PR status I stayed in Canada only for 45 days. Now I want to move back to Canada with PR. Please guide me is it possible to renew my PR now?
If no then, can I applying again as a fresh for PR, is there any consideration for my previous PR. Do I need to surrender my current card for fresh application?

You are in violation of the residency obligation. Unless you have some serious medical condition that prevented you from living in Canada the past 5 years, you probably have no chance to renew your PR status.

If you lose your PR status, you can then apply again for new PR if you qualify for anything. You must lose your current PR status first though, either by applying for a PRTD and being denied due to not meeting RO, or by voluntarily renouncing your PR.
