PR expired inside Canada and need to travel outside

My mom PR expired inside canada and she is going to renew it,but it takes time. is there any document or anything which she can travel with it urgently outside canada and return ???

There is nothing stopping her from leaving. It's getting back into Canada that will be the problem. The "official" answer is that she will need to request a PR Travel Document from the visa office where she is going to, after she has left Canada.
However, she could arrange to cross the border with the USA in a non-commercial vehicle or on foot. This assumes that she is able to get to the USA.
