Hi guys! I need your help with this. Today I got a job offer as a Cake Decorator NOC 6252 in a Retail Store. Just want to confirm if this is a skilled job and enough to apply for PR under CEC.

Yes it is. You can look up the first 3 digits (625 in this case) in the NOC matrix: http://www30.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/html/Matrix.html

Your job has to be within Skill level 0, A or B for you to be considered for CEC.

Just FYI - NOC 6252 is the old code (NOC 2006). The new code (NOC 2011) is 6332 -
