PR Cards process time different for couples?

I landed on 10th April and today got my PR card, however, my wife came with me at the same time but hers did not arrive in the mail. Has anyone faced the same issue or know someone who did? Is it normal? Shouldn't we have got at the same day by mail? thanks

PR cards are processed individually. Completely normal to arrive on different dates.
