Does one have to go through the entire immigration process again after receiving the PR Card and entering Canada for a second time?

Thank you for your response zabrodov.I have another slightly confusing query.I am planning to do a soft landing on the 9th of October.Do I still need to complete the Goods to Follow and the Goods to Accompany forms? This is because when I go back to my home country and return to Canada for good,I’ll be carrying pretty much the same things that I carried while soft landing.So if i declare the items in the Goods to Accompany form during my first landing and then come back with the same things when landing permanently,can the Immigration officer question as to why i dod not declare those items in the Goods to Follow list during my first landing? I know this is confusing but I am really looking for an answer on this.
