PR card

I landed here on aug 2nd and its been 3 months but I still didn’t get my PR card nor the photo request too. Is there any problem or should I have to wait for more days?

Call them up with a canadian number and find out the status of the application. The address could be missing and hence the application might not have even started.

i have received my ITA and I have claimed points as my brother is in Canada and has recently received his PR. But he is still awaiting his PR card. I do have the PR stamp on his passport and the Confirmation of PR document. Is it absolutely necessary to submit the PR card or can I use his passport and the ‘Confirmation of PR’ document as proof for my claim?
