I landed in Aug 2010, but my PR is expiring on June 2016 which means my PR is valid for more than 5 years.

Will it be ok if I move to Canada Permanently for two years in June 2014 or I must have to move by Aug 2013 and complete two years in order to meet residency requirement that is 2 out of 5 years.

Please advise,

You must meet the residency obligation in any rolling 5 year period regardless of your PR card period.

Say you stay outside Canada until 2014 and unfortunately something happens to your PR card, lost, stolen, destroyed. You would have to apply for a travel document from the Canadian embassy to return. When you state that you landed in 2010 and spent no time and it is now 2014, you would not be granted a travel document and would lose your PR.

Therefore, you should move in August 2013 at the latest and make sure you have your 2 years before your first 5 years as a PR are up.
