PR card tracking

Good day,

Wondering if there is a way to track processing of PR cards? My parent's have landed 4 months ago, however, still did not receive their PR cards in the mail. They did get a request to re-submit photo's a couple of months ago which were already sent to IRCC.

Not to my knowledge. Other than trying to contact IRCC, you can trying reach out to your local MLA to see if they can assist? They have the ability to contact IRCC directly, normally get a reply within a day.
