I am waiting for my PR card since July 22nd this year, and after couple of emails this is the response I got from IRCC.
“
Hello,
Thank you for your inquiry regarding your PR cards. Your cards are currently at card production.
The status of your Photo in the portal will remain at In Review with IRCC until the PR Card status is updated to Sent to Client or sent to IRCC.
At this time, IRCC has currently reduced operational capacity due to exceptional measures to curb the spread of the COVID-19.
As a result, there will be significant delays in processing the high volume of first time PR card applications.
Therefore, we are unable to provide an approximate timeline of the production and distribution of the cards.
However, please be assured that we are doing everything possible to complete the PR card process for our clients.
For further inquires, please contact the Client Service Center at 1-888-242-2100.

What sort of info you added in the email? Can you please elaborate more on this.

Infomed them about waiting so long as 100 + days & planning to travel by end of dec. May be try to highlight waiting time & travel plan if any.Hi there!! May I know what type of urgency have you shown in email ?
My addresss n photo shows still in review and If I send an email to them ? Would it be helpful to get the card asap?

Hello All,
I have been following this forum for quite some time and I am also in the same boat as many of you.
Me and my wife both received our COPR through portal on 17th August, 2021 and uploaded our photo and address, ever since that no update on Portal.
Tried linking my application on GCkey account multiple times but no luck.
Called IRCC and same reply of "THEY HAVE NO ACCESS".
Tried sending them email provided on this forum twice and got the standard reply that "IRCC WILL NOT CONTACT YOU UNLESS ITS EMERGENCY CRISIS".
Any advice on how to proceed or keep enquiring with them on email once every week?
