Was your photo rejected because of any of the reasons listed below?

• Brightness: Your photo may be too bright or too dark.
• Pixel Range Requirements: Your photo does not have a pixel range between 1680x1200 and 4200x3000 pixels.

When I uploaded photo, there was no pixel requirements or anything. Just normal uploading. Yeah but on portal they mentioned, poor lighting as reason

How did yo fix it or where did you take your new photo?

Pixel thing is new. When I uploaded it was not there, i think they introduced pixel thing on nov 20th week. I took both photos from Staples, but different locations.
