PR-card time

hello all.
i landed in canada on 22nd June ,2013 on PR-basis with my family(husband and son). and came back to india with my son after one month while my husband stayed there. we received son's PR card within 3 months and a letter stating problem in photo regarding my husband's PR card which he sent again. But no information about my PR card. We waited till Nov. start and and now we are calling at the given no. to canadian agency but everytime it says,wait as so many requests in queue,check the status online. So even after so many attempts, i am unable to know status of my PR card. I tried to check online, which shows PR application status:complete. What should i judge from this?Is the application processing complete or PR card successfully created??PR application time is going to expire in dec.
Kindly help what should i do.

In which Province did u land?

Call CIC, keep trying that number to reach the agents.
There is no way to find out card status for new permanent residents.

we landed in brampton,ontario and the status that website is showing as complete,i think its our processing of application when we landed there. Its not PR card status. can anybody tell what should i do,as contact through phone is always busy.

We family of landed on sep 13 in Toronto we have received 3 PR cards last week. Hope this helps
