hi good day! I have a question about my PR card. Im in the Philippines right now,i stayed here for almost 2 years now. im a holder of permanent resident in Canada. my question is can I still return in Canada? and my pr card is still valid until October 2023 I stayed in Canada for 12 years before. what do I do to return back to Canada? do I have to bring any documents? I got my PR Card Oct 2017 and I leave Canada 2019 of Otober.

You left in October 2019… right? So that is almost 3 years and not "almost 2 years" as you say

And you have to look at the last five year window for residency obligations .

“Time Lived in Canada
To keep your permanent resident status, you must have been in Canada for at least 730 days during the last five years. These 730 days don’t need to be continuous.”

Doesn’t mean your status has been lost , but there are obligations involved to maintain it . It’s very generous .
As noted it’s close to three years from October 2019. Since it’s now August 2022

Easier way to calculate (in my opinion):
one must be OUT of Canada not more than 1095 days in either the last five years, or since the day of first landing (if landed in last five years).

[This is just arithmetic restatement of the 730 days IN Canada rule ]

my mistake i left Canada 2020 i mean
You do not need anything more to return to Canada.

Since you became a PR in Oct 2017 (and left Canada sometime in Oct 2020?), as of today you can only start counting your days towards the Residency Obligation (R.O.) from Jan 27, 2018. The days between your Oct 2017 landing date to Jan 27, 2018 are gone.

So, as of right now you would appear to have ~ 1 year and 9 months towards the R.O.. If you return before ~June, you should be fine in terms of renewing your PR Card later this year. If you return to Canada ASAP, you could renew as soon as you have 730 days (plus a bit more, just in case).
